Amazing dealership, the main reason being the brilliant customer service from Fred! He listened to my concerns from a previous experience elsewhere and gave me the freedom to check the car out without any pressures to buy it and take it away same day! I recently took my father to Cranham car sales to buy a used car. He bought a Kia Venga , automatic with 25000 on the clock. We were served by Jonny who was very helpful and we were free to take it on a test drive on our own. When we got the car home we noticed that there was no parcel shelf in the back, we contacted Jonny and he ordered one for us and dropped it off, he also ensured the air conditioning was fixed. This is the third time I have bought a car from Cranham car sales. I bought a manual Fiesta for my son around 2 years ago and an automatic Ford Fiesta titanium automatic for myself 3 years ago which I have been extremely pleased with. I would definitely recommend them and have been impressed by their service and the cars
